Kotomit (the "App") respects user privacy and clearly explains what information is collected and how it is used.

1. Information We Handle

The App may handle the following information:

• Mission information
• Deadline information
• App settings
• Notification settings
• Usage data such as app interactions, screen views, taps, and clicks
• Device information, OS version, app version, app instance IDs, and similar identifiers
• Crash logs, launch time, response time, and other diagnostics or performance data

The App does not require collection of information that directly identifies individuals, such as name, address, or phone number.

2. Data Storage

App data is primarily stored on the user's device.

If the user enables iCloud sync, some data may be stored and synchronized through Apple's iCloud service.

3. Notifications

The App may use notifications for mission deadlines and time-up alerts.

Notifications are used only when permitted by the user.

4. Payments

The App may use Apple's In-App Purchase.

Payment information is managed by Apple, and the developer does not collect or store credit card information.

5. Usage Analytics

The App may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to improve the service, understand feature usage, improve quality, and investigate crash causes.

These services may send app interaction data, device and app information, crash logs, diagnostics, app instance IDs, and similar information to Google LLC.

The developer does not sell this information for advertising purposes or combine it with directly identifying information such as a user's name.

6. Third-Party Disclosure

The App does not sell user information to third parties except as required by law. Data may be sent to service providers as necessary for the external services used by the App.

7. External Services

The App may use the following external services:

• Apple iCloud
• Apple In-App Purchase
• Firebase Analytics (Google LLC)
• Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC)

Each external service may be governed by its provider's privacy policy.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Data stored on the device can be deleted by the user in the App or by uninstalling the App.

If iCloud sync is used, data stored in iCloud is managed according to the user's Apple ID and iCloud settings.

Data processed by Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics is managed according to Google LLC's retention and deletion policies.

The developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
